Why switch to Virgin Mobile?

I have a nice experience with my new Virgin Mobile. I bought this connection last month and found it amazing. Since I like talking to my friends, Virgin Mobile has helped me stay in touch with them. I love the YoYo (V2V) pack of Virgin Mobile. When my friend calls me, they spend 10 paise/min, while I earn 10 paise/min for receiving. No wonder this plan is catching on among my friends like a fire in the forest.

Another thing that i found incredible in it is the roaming facility.  As I am working and keep travelling throughout India, this facility allows me to coordinate well with my team. With so many tariff plans to choose from, I feel that Virgin Mobile will definitely rule. Some of the other benefits that i get from my connection are lots of free talk time, free incoming calls, minimal SMS charges and great saving options. With Virgin Mobile, i can be just myself.

Annoying Nokia N-series handset!

The N series of Nokia mobiles are not at all worth the price. Their data cables most of the time do not match with any personal Pc or laptop. Besides, they often get hang too. Whenever I have to access some music file, it takes at least 15 -20 seconds to open the folder. Damn irritating!  The only thing I enjoy about the handset is the sound clarity. The sound clarity is quite good as compared to my former Samsung handset.

I already had bad experience with Nokia handsets and so I am ever ready to go for a change if this one also breaks down sooner than later. Well mind me but next time I am never going to buy a Nokia handset. This mobile service has annoyed me more than twice. Therefore, I am never going to get connected with Nokia handset. I have now bought virgin mobile handset from market. I am looking forward with my new virgin mobile Vbling handset. Will surely let you know my reviews on it and with this N Series handset, I will bid adieu to Nokia handsets forever. All right! :)

Old is not always gold!

My Nokia handset all of a sudden stopped working and I was in an urgent need to buy a mobile. Already fed up with handsets like Samsung and Nokia I wanted to try for a new one. My choice was open for Virgin and Spice mobiles. I could not make up my mind for quite a long time since both were new in the market. I finally opted for Virgin mobile handset. Comparing to its affordable price this one is a good handset worth the price.

What is new about mobile phones in India?

With numerous service providers in the market, cellular phones are no more a sizzling issue of discussion. With so many brands coming in the market and many competitions between various service providers, it is quite confusing to go for a particular mobile. However, one issue persists here i.e. the latest striking features these cellular phones are offering. While Vodafone is coming with new offers and packages, the entry of Virgin mobile in the market offers a wind of change with its various striking features all in an affordable price range. This mobile service comes with various value added services too. Quite a cool wave in the market!

Call Barring and disconnection

Very BAD network coverage area in City like Bangalore also. Phone gets disconnected in Indoors.  I feel that Vodafone have no concern over the complaints made. Very unprofessional. Complaint was taken to rectify the signal strength and a buffer time of 10 days. They have written the report that the Customer is informed regarding the complaint and the problem will be rectified at the end of 2008. But none of the Vodafone people have informed me. The Customer Care cannot be reached easily.

Vodafone Sucks – Poor customer service

I am a user of Vodafone and the network coverage of this mobile is good enough (no issue over that). The other day I was travelling to Manali with friends, I was surprised to find a good coverage there too. The annoying issue about this mobile is the customer care service. I got mad when I had to wait almost half an hour to speak to a customer care executive that day. (wish Vodafone people do not take this issue lightly). Rest is ok about this mobile. But if the customer service continues with the same stuff, I would think of going for a change. Will try something new. Heard Virgin mobile is coming with cool offers, does anyone have any idea about it?
